「臺灣杉二號TAIWANIA 2」是國內企業與國網中心自行打造的AI超級電腦主機，透過「台灣計算雲」(TWCC)提供巨量計算與人工智慧所需的運算環境，整套主機由252個節點組成，每個節點包含2顆CPU及8顆 NVIDIA Tesla V100 GPU，以9 PFLOPS優異效能，全球500大高速計算主機（TOP500）中，排名第20名。
在科學家運用大數據進行深度學習時，可表現出更優質的性能；此外，在節能方面，「台灣杉二號」的能源效率達11.285 GF/W，計算量在9 PFLOPS時，用電798 KW，亦為台灣史上最節能的高速計算主機。
